30-Day Comfort Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your 2-in-1 support slings are the perfect fit for you. If they aren’t, we are happy to help with a return or exchange.
How to Start a Return

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn (except for trying it on, of course!), unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Ship it Back: Once approved, we’ll provide the return address. Please note: To keep our prices friendly for all mamas, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you immediately. Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges (The Perfect Fit)
Ordered a size too small or too large? No worries! We offer one free size exchange per order to ensure you get the support you and your bump deserve. Just contact us and we’ll swap it out for you.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We’ll cover all costs to get a perfect replacement to your doorstep.
